WHAT IS THE JEWELRY MADE OF?

We currently offer jewelry that is made from 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper), with options including yellow gold plating or rose gold plating. We also offer limited 18K Solid Gold Vermeil. Gold vermeil is a type of jewelry that consists of a sterling silver base metal with a thick layer of gold plating on top to provide the look and feel of solid gold. It has a thicker layer of gold than gold plating, but is not solid gold all the way through. We do not currently offer solid gold options at this time.

WHAT CONDITION DOES MY MILK NEED TO BE IN WHEN SENDING IT?

If you are dropping your milk off to me locally, you can send milk in any condition (fresh, frozen, thawed, or expired). Milk being shipped can be fresh or expired but must be thawed before packaging. Full packaging instructions and tips will be sent in your order confirmation e-mail, based on whether you are shipping or dropping off, and which inclusions you will be sending. I will always need just half an ounce to one ounce of milk! :)

A gemstone is any of the surrounding clear stones around the main keepsake stone. If a gemstone falls out within 30 days of receiving your order, I will replace the jewelry at no charge. If a gemstone falls out after ths time period, the jewelry will have to be repurchased.

The current turnaround time for orders is 4-6 weeks. You will be updated on your order as it is being made and can feel free to reach out at any time! I can be contacted through e-mail, website, or Instagram.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Always remove jewelry before bathing, showering, washing hands, and applying lotion or hand sanitizer. Remove before entering a tanning bed, sauna, or steam room.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure and extreme temperatures.
Do not use abrasive materials to scrub your jewelry. To clean jewelry, use a mild soap and cold water. Do not scrub. Gently wipe with a cloth.
Store jewelry in a dark, dry area and do not mix metals together.
Please do not resize your rings.
Sterling silver is the best option for everyday wear. Gold plating will eventually tarnish, and how quickly it wears out depends on how you care for them.
Disclaimer: Sterling silver and gold plated jewelry will tarnish over time. For long term wear, solid gold is the best option. Gold plated is offered as an affordable alternative to solid gold. The amount of time before jewelry starts to wear is dependent on how often you wear your jewelry and how well you care for it.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The online catalogue offers all jewelry options and gives information as to what sizes each ring comes in, which metal finishes are available, and which aesthetics enhancements you can add on. When you are ready to order, click the "Place an Order" tab on the top right and fill out the form with the information provided in the catalogue. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours that includes payment instructions. Payment is currently accepted through Venmo and PayPal. When payment is received, you will receive the full address for shipment/milk dropoff and your order will be complete and begin processing!

Due to each item being unique and custom made, cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after order is placed. A 100% refund is offered within this window. After 24 hours, cancellations and returns will not be accepted.
